Skeleton Archers - Minecraft Bone Meal

Skeleton archers shoot arrows, making it hard to attack them with a sword;  also if you use a bow, you only get about half the arrows you shoot. So try this, use other mobs as shields. The arrows won't hit you then, and you can get music discs from spiders and creepers. Another benefit is that you can get close to the mob.
